Where have you been all my life?!?!?! I have never shopped for deals… I have probably wasted THOUSANDS of dollars…. and you inspire me. Thank you for posting these things! You are becoming my favorite blog LOL

I noticed that the Target in-store coupons all say "One offer per transaction". I thought that meant you are allowed to use only one (of this kind of) coupon each time you go through the register. I read on another frugal coupon blog that "per purchase" means per actual item, but that "per transaction" means each time you go through the check-out. That would mean the Edy's deal would be so great after all, if you can use only one $1 off coupon for the entire register transaction. If I have this wrong, please let me know! I am new to couponing and I appreciate all the work you and the other gals do to let the rest of us in all these great deals. Thanks!

Sheri– Typically it is one coupon per item in your transaction. There are the occasional cashiers that refuse to accept them saying you can only use 1 total. I can smell those cashiers a mile away and I have learned to avoid them (and I bet you will too!) If that happens to me, I just ask them to remove the items from my transaction and I do the same thing next time with a different cashier. OR I pay for it and just to customer service for a refund. I have always gotten my coupon value back in cash when I have had problems like this.

One thing with Target is that some stores are only allowing 1 Target coupon per transaction. You basically need to learn your stores policies through trial and error. I have never had a problem but I know a handful of readers have. I hope that helps!

Thanks for the tips! I went to Target this afternoon, hoping to use 2 of their coupons for the Skittles that were supposed to be on sale for .52, but they were priced at .64. I figured it was a good deal anyway–I'd buy 4 and pay .56 total. The cashier-sooo pregnant and exhausted, poor thing!-looked at the coupon and said something about overage. She called the M.O.D., who said to manually key each coupon to read .64! And she said I could do this for both coupons, but in separate transactions since it said so right on the coupons. In other words, I got both packs for free, .64 off each .64 pack. I apologized to the cashier in the middle of it all, since she was obviously tired and it all just for some candy. But she said it was no problem at all.

The best part was when I gave the candy to my 16-year-old son and told him about my deal. He was actually impressed! đŸ™‚

I can't wait for Target to have the Febreze Home Collection to be on sale. Today's P&G paper had two coupons, $4 and $2 off, plus a Target coupon for $1 in the 8/23 RP insert. Score with a good sale!! I saw online about the new holiday scents!! yummy!!

We went to Target today to pick up some J&J head to toe. At our store it was 2.99 for a 20oz or 2.39 for a 9oz the Desitin is 3.34 for the 2oz. we picke up the body wash but that was it.

Hi Anon, Sorry the pricing was different- I know that is frustrating. The 9oz at my store was $2.19. If you start noticing your store is priced higher on a lot of deals you can always call them ahead of time to check prices before you go. I do this frequently to save myself a trip.

In Chattanooga today I tried to pick up several of the great deals you had listed using Target and mfr coupons…the register beeped and wouldn't take a second coupon. The cashier said they had just changed the policy and would no longer be accepting stacking of coupons! BOO!
