Well I was bummed to see the ad this morning did not have the great deal on Glade that the rest of the country got (and we got cheated out of the Duracell deal). BUT when I went into my store they had the diffusers and candles in stock and clearly marked as FREE after ECB! I bought one and sure enough got my ECB! So it looks like an unadvertised deal for us after all. I double checked the batteries and they were not marked as having ECBs.
