Here is my menu plan for the week– we are bursting with produce right now so I am trying to get creative and use things up.
MONDAY: Homemade carrot soup w/ breadsticks
TUESDAY: Spinach and Strawberry Salad w/ Grilled Chicken Breast
WEDNESDAY: Chicken and Orzo Frittata
THURSDAY: Homemade Mac n Cheese with side salad
FRIDAY: Crockpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
SATURDAY: Spinach, mushroom and cheese quesadillas
SUNDAY: Mango Salsa Chicken w/ brown rice
