I am suspicious of those smart ones coupons the 4/10 and the 3/10 because I could not get either to print because they said I had printed them before and I have never over printed a smart ones coupon. Then I tried the 1/5 and of course it printed. I contacted Smart ones to complain. I really think we should let companies know when these things happen. Hopeflly that will encourage them to change their practices and policies if they know we care.

I went to Target today and felt like a criminal, the lady told me I could not use 2 coupons for one product…I could use either the Target 75 cents off or the manufacture coupon for 55 cents off but not both! What is Target policy?
