The Pictureka cards are reportedly $5.99- or .99 after coupon but I didn’t see them at my store

I did not see the Scrabble at my store- it is $57 at Kmart.com (!!) but you might get lucky and find it clearance priced.

The Pictureka card games were on an end cap at my store in a totally different area. I would look around again or ask a store employee… you might get lucky.
