This last trip I paid $13.45 and will get $1.49 next time I go to the store due to being overcharged. So a net of $12.00 and I got a $10 catalina toward my next purchase.
This is a great example of using coupons to reduce the cost of produce which can be extremely difficult to do- I paid $1.99 for 2 huge potatoes, pineapple, 1lb carrots, 4 lbs grapes, and 1 cucumber. See below for the breakdown.
For the Living Well Promo I got the following:
1 can Green Beans
4 Mac and Cheese
(3) Electrasol
(1) Capri Sun Sunrise
(1) No Yolks
(1) Breyer’s Ice Cream
(1) Precious String Cheese
(1) Eating Right wheat bread
(1) Dial Hand Soap
Other items-
Lean Ground Beef $3.00- used $2/1 store coupon
2 lg potatoes

Eating Right Carrots $1- used $1/1 coupon I told you about here= FREE
Cucumber .69
2 Kashi pizzas- on clearance for $4- used $3/1 MQ

I called Safeway a few weeks ago and told them I received a 10% coupon in the mail. I explained it was for dates that I would not be available to shop and the CSR gave me 10% off all purchases on my club card for 5 weeks. This is luck of the draw to get the discount but you can call too!
The 10% is after store coupons and before MQ so in this case I received $4.20 off. That discount basically paid for 4lbs of grapes and a cucumber. I also used coupons to get a pineapple for $1.99 and the carrots for free. I paid $2.00 for the potatoes but used a $2.00 catalina I received for buying Bertolli last week. This is just an example of how you can use coupons to save a little extra on produce.
Did you catch this earlier post getting a fresh dill plant for .99?
