The form will only be available on 4/22 after 4:22 am EDT and quantities are limited. Home Depot will be giving away 1 Million CFL bulbs on 4/19. You will receive a free EcoSmart 14w CFL bulb from participating The Home Depot stores. Limit one per customer while supplies last.
