Since I got 6 lbs of bananas this week at Costco for $1.80, I have been searching for banana muffin recipes. I stumbled upon this delicious recipe on Mom Advice’s weekly notebook. The muffins were incredibly quick to make and turned out wonderfully. They are super moist and light and the struesel topping is just the right mix of sweet an crunchy. I didn’t have any walnuts on hand but that would have made these muffins really, really delicious.
